Fast Freddy strives to provide high quality products for hard working customers around the globe. Customer service is key, so Fast Freddy aims to provide a high level of service for questions, concerns, and warranty requests.

Product Changes

Fast Freddy reserves the right to make changes in design, appearance and construction of all products without incurring any obligation in making such changes in products previously sold or to replace any previously sold product with the updated product. Fast Freddy also reserves the right to discontinue any products at any time.

Warranty Coverage

Fast Freddy warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers defects that prevent the product from functioning as intended under normal use and conditions.

Wear Items

Wear items are components that are subject to normal wear and tear and are not covered by this warranty. Wear items may include, but are not limited to:

• Tire Rubber / Polyurethane

• Castor Rubber / Polyurethane

• Leather

• Specialty Coatings

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase – (receipt or invoice), with the applicable serial number, and a detailed description of the defect. Fast Freddy service may request images and or specific details concerning the warranty claim.

Warranty Remedies

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Fast Freddy will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished.

Limitations of Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage / wear caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or alteration of the product.

• Damage / wear caused by external factors such as fire, sparks, high heat, theft, water damage, or natural disasters.

• Labor costs associated with the repair or replacement of the product.

• Incidental or consequential damages.

Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
